Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia or hemp seeds
  • 4 dates, or 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Whipped coconut cream –store bought or recipe link below in notes
  • 2 tablespoons Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with whipped coconut cream and sprinkles.
