It’s very rich, yet you needn’t feel guilty, because all of the ingredients are good for you. It’s easy to feel satiated with only one or two small squares too.

Ingredients
1 cup any type of frozen berries
1 cup cashew (or any other nut) butter
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Line a 8×8 cake pan with a parchment paper overhang. While this isn’t necessary, it will make removing and cutting the fudge easier.
Place all ingredients in the base of a food processor and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Remove and slice into 12-16 pieces. Store in the freezer in a freezer-safe container.
