Soft • Naturally Sweet • Chocolatey • Protein-Packed
If you are craving something chocolatey, soft, and just the right amount of sweet, these Mini Chocolate Protein Cookies are about to become your new go-to. They are rich, naturally sweetened with banana and dates, and come together in minutes – no baking required.
These little cookies are everything you want in a treat: soft, slightly chewy, and deeply chocolatey. But unlike traditional cookies, they are made entirely from wholesome ingredients that support your energy and keep you feeling satisfied.
Think of them as a cross between a fudgy brownie bite and a soft cookie -perfectly portioned and completely irresistible.
What makes these cookies special is their natural sweetness. Instead of refined sugar, this recipe uses ripe bananas and dates to create a soft, caramel-like base.
Bananas bring moisture and a gentle sweetness, while dates add depth and that rich, almost toffee-like flavour. Together, they create a dough that is smooth, naturally sweet, and perfectly balanced. It’s sweetness you can feel good about – no spikes, no crashes, just steady energy and satisfaction.
Chocolate + Protein = The Perfect Combo
Chocolate is always a good idea – but when you combine it with protein, it becomes even better. Adding protein powder to these cookies transforms them from a simple treat into something that works for your body. It helps:
Keep you fuller for longer
Support muscle recovery
Balance blood sugar
Turn a sweet bite into a satisfying snack
And thanks to the creamy banana-date base, the protein blends seamlessly into the dough without any dryness or chalky texture.
Soft, Fudgy, and Totally Addictive
The texture of these mini cookies is what really sets them apart. They are not crunchy or crumbly – instead, they are soft, fudgy, and almost melt in your mouth.
Because they are no-bake, they stay tender and rich, especially when chilled. Each bite feels like a little chocolate truffle disguised as a cookie. Their mini size makes them perfect for portion control – or for grabbing “just one more.”
No Bake, No Fuss. These cookies are as easy as it gets. No oven, no complicated steps, and no long prep time. All you need to do is:

They are perfect for busy days, warm weather, or anytime you want something sweet without the effort. Plus, they store beautifully in the fridge or freezer, making them ideal for meal prep.
