Protein fluff’s filling and low-calorie nature is precisely what makes it a staple among many fitness people and dieters. Blueberry Protein Fluff
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup milk of choice or water
- Flavored extracts or spices for added taste optional
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the frozen banana slices, protein powder, milk and any flavored extracts or spices of your choice.Process until they are smooth, creamy and resemble the texture of soft-serve ice cream. This may take a few minutes, and you may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the food processor to ensure all the ingredients are well incorporated. The secret to the fluffiest protein fluff is to blend the ingredients for at least 3-5 minutes (even longer) - the longer the better so more air gets incorporated into the mixture which adds additional fluff.Transfer the frozen protein fluff to a bowl or dessert glass. You can enjoy it immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze it for an additional 30 minutes for a firmer texture. Add toppings such as granola, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of nut butter to enhance the flavor and presentation.
