Blue Lagoon Spirulina Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1-2 frozen coconut cubes – recipe link below in notes
- Optional super boosts: bee pollen, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla or plain protein powder, collagen peptides, ashwagandha, probiotic powder
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.Blend starting on low speed and increasing to high for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.Add your favourite toppings and serve immediately!
