Ingredients

- Line a 7 x 5-inch loaf pan or dish with parchment paper on the bottom and sides leaving some overhanging to act as a handle to get the bars out easier for cutting.In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth and fully combined.Stir in any optional add-ins if using.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.Chill in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until firm.Slice into 10-12 squares and enjoy.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
