No-Bake | Sweet & Tangy | Protein-Packed Treats
There is something about the combination of white chocolate and raspberry that feels instantly luxurious.
It’s that perfect balance – creamy, sweet white chocolate paired with the bright, slightly tart pop of raspberries. It’s a flavour combo you would expect from a café dessert or special occasion treat… but these White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Balls bring it into your everyday routine in a nourishing, no-bake way.
Soft, chewy, and packed with protein, these little bites taste indulgent while supporting your energy, satiety, and overall wellbeing. Because at Blended Bites, we believe your snacks should do both – taste incredible and make you feel good.
A Dessert-Inspired Snack That Delivers
These protein balls are inspired by classic white chocolate raspberry desserts, but made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Think creamy nut base, naturally sweet elements, and pops of raspberry throughout – all rolled into perfectly portioned bites.
Cashews are the star here, creating a smooth, buttery texture that mimics the richness of white chocolate. When blended, they form a soft, creamy base that pairs beautifully with the sweetness of vanilla protein powder.
Freeze-dried raspberries bring the magic.
They add bursts of colour, a concentrated raspberry flavour, and that signature tang that cuts through the sweetness. Every bite has little pops of berry goodness that make these protein balls feel light, fresh, and incredibly satisfying.
And for that white chocolate feel? A touch of white chocolate chips or a light drizzle takes these to the next level – optional, but highly recommended if you are leaning into the dessert vibe.

The Perfect Balance of Sweet and Tangy
What makes these protein balls so moreish is the contrast. The creamy base is smooth and lightly sweet, while the raspberries bring brightness and a slight tartness that keeps everything balanced. It’s not overly rich, not overly sweet – just perfectly satisfying.
That balance is what turns these from “just another snack” into something you will crave and come back to again and again.
Make Them Your Way
As always, you can customise these to suit your taste:
Use collagen peptides for a softer texture
Swap cashews for macadamias for extra creaminess
Add a hint of lemon zest to enhance the raspberry flavour
Roll in coconut for extra texture
Drizzle or dip in white chocolate for a more indulgent finish
Whether you keep them simple or dress them up, they will still deliver that beautiful white chocolate raspberry flavour. ✨
