Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1-2 dates
- 1/4-1/2 cup coconut (or any other) milk
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides, optional
