Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut (or any other) milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides, optional

Toppings Optional

  • Shredded coconut
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    Start with the lesser amount of milk and increase as necessary to get things moving and blending. The less milk used the thicker the smoothie will be.
    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
    Serve immediately.
