Why You Will Love These Freezer Cups
There are plenty of frozen desserts available at the supermarket, but many are loaded with refined sugars and ingredients that don’t leave you feeling particularly satisfied. These Brownie Protein Freezer Cups are different.
They are:
No bake and easy to prepare
Protein-rich
Naturally sweetened
Rich and chocolatey
Perfect for meal prep
Freezer-friendly
Because they are individually portioned, they are also ideal for grabbing whenever a craving strikes. They come together quickly in a muffin pan and store beautifully in the freezer, so they are always ready when you need a cold sweet treat that is totally decadent.
The Secret to the Brownie Flavour
The brownie-inspired flavour comes from a combination of almond flour and cocoa powder which creates a delicious contrast between the smooth vanilla ice creaminess and the soft brownie layer. The result feels indulgent enough for dessert but balanced enough to enjoy anytime.
A Great Way to Add More Protein
Many people struggle to get enough protein throughout the day. While smoothies, protein shakes, and bars are popular options, sometimes it’s nice to enjoy protein in a more dessert-like form. These freezer cups make that easy.
The protein helps make the treat more satisfying while pairing beautifully with the rich chocolate flavour. Instead of a quick sugar hit followed by a crash, you get a frozen snack that keeps you feeling fuller for longer.
These brownie freezer cups have a fudgy brownie base topped with vanilla ice cream, all coated in a chocolate coating which results in the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment that feels like a decadent dessert while still supporting your healthy lifestyle goals.
Chocolate Dessert Meets Protein Snack
Whether you are looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, a post-workout reward, or a healthier way to satisfy chocolate cravings, these freezer cups are a delicious reminder that healthy treats can taste every bit as good as the originals.
Keep a batch in the freezer and you will always have a chocolate fix waiting whenever you need it.
I love how you can easily whip up rich, fudgy brownie-inspired protein snacks like energy balls, bars, oat or protein puddings. These high-protein treats deliver a rich dessert flavor without ever turning on the oven.

Instructions
