Chocolate Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
- 1 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Handful of spinach
- Collagen peptides for extra protein
Instructions
