Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • Handful of spinach
  • Collagen peptides for extra protein

Instructions

  • Add almond milk to your blender.
    Add frozen berries, banana, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Adjust consistency with extra milk if needed.
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
