Double Chocolate Strawberry Protein Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Base
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter or cashew butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder or cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons any milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Chocolate Topping
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional Toppings
- Fresh strawberry slices
- Extra shredded coconut
- Chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine oat flour, chocolate protein powde and cocoa powder.Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.Add milk gradually until the mixture forms a thick brownie dough.Gently stir in chopped strawberries and shredded coconut.Firmly press the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Chocolate Topping
