Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Greek-style yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt), plain or flavoured
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes, halved or left whole
  • 1/2 cup nuts, (I used walnuts, roughly chopped)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Dark chocolate drizzle
  • Chopped nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
    In a bowl, mix the grapes, nuts, yogurt, protein powder, honey (if using), and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
    Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the tray, about ½ inch thick.
    Add any optional toppings.
    Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully firm.
