1 1/2cupsgrapes, halved or left whole
1/2cupnuts, (I used walnuts, roughly chopped)
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1-2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup (optional)
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Line a tray or plate with baking paper.In a bowl, mix the grapes, nuts, yogurt, protein powder, honey (if using), and vanilla until smooth and creamy.Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the tray, about ½ inch thick.Add any optional toppings.Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully firm.Break into 10 or more bark pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
