- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- Optional: ¼ cup whipped yogurt or whipped coconut cream (homemade recipe below in notes) for extra fluff, a lighter texture and another level of nutrition.

Instructions
