I love how amazing new food trends are being created on internet websites like TikTok and some of them go viral and get loads of attention. Almond Raspberry Protein Bark
Ingredients
- 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt plain or flavoured
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Few drops of any natural food colouring if you wish to colour the bark
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a small bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder and honey. Add food colouring if using.Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined sheet, about ¼-½-inch thick.Gently press raspberries into the yogurt layer.Sprinkle sliced almonds evenly over the top.Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully firm.Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
