Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt plain or flavoured
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Few drops of any natural food colouring if you wish to colour the bark

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    In a small bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder and honey. Add food colouring if using.
    Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined sheet, about ¼-½-inch thick.
    Gently press raspberries into the yogurt layer.
    Sprinkle sliced almonds evenly over the top.
    Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully firm.
    Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
