Blueberry Protein Nice Cream For One

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
  • Few extra blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the bananas in a food processor with the milk and process until like magic the mixture turns to ice cream.
    Add the blueberries and protein powder and pulse a few time to combine. Be careful not to over process so as to leave some ‘bits’ for texture in your nice cream.
    Scoop into a bowl and eat it right away for a soft serve nice cream, or place in freezer for 30 minutes or so for a firmer texture.
    To serve, use the extra blueberries as garnish.
