You may be wondering what is protein fluff?
When I first saw protein fluff on a social media website, I knew I had to try it! It looked so fluffy, like a giant bowl of ice cream and I couldn’t believe that it had only 200 calories! Although being sceptical at first, I knew this protein mousse had huge potential as well.
Well, it’s now at the top of my families healthy frozen treat list! It is a high-volume protein-rich treat with a fluffy and creamy texture. It is a very thick and creamy pudding like high protein dessert. It takes your protein powder beyond a drink, and turns it into a mousse-y, fluffy, pudding. It’s a great substitute for protein shakes, when you just can’t drink one more shake! I prefer eating my calories to drinking anyway. It seems much more satisfying.
