- 2 tablespoons date caramel – store bought or recipe below in notes
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts, raw or roasted
Magic Chocolate Shell
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Toppings Optional
- Fresh or freeze-dried fruit
- Shredded coconut
- Drizzle nut butter
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, protein powder, and date caramel in a jar.Stir in peanuts, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

- Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in small dish and microwave with 15 second bursts stirring between each one until melted and smooth.Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips and the coconut oil together.Once melted, pour over cold oats and let set before cracking and enjoying.
