Salted Caramel Cashew Protein Fudge

Spread the love

A creamy cashew fudge that is healthier than traditional fudge. This fudge only needs 6 ingredients and is an easy to make snack or dessert. And unlike other fudge recipes, this one isn’t made with butter, condensed milk, frosting, peanut butter or loads of refined sugar.

This recipe proves you can have it all – indulgent flavors while still keeping your health goals in check. It’s a decadent bite, hard to believe it’s made with better-for-you ingredients and without any fancy equipment. It’s also freezer friendly, so you can eat what you like and freeze the rest for later!

Whip up a batch in 5 minutes, freeze to harden, and store leftovers in the fridge so they are ready at a moment’s notice. I like to keep them in the freezer ready to be picked up at any time, with a perfect semi-hard, semi-soft texture that melts in the mouth.

Whether it’s for a pre-or post-workout energy boost or to satisfy that 3 o’clock snack craving these little bites are the golden ticket. This caramel cashew protein fudge recipe is addictive, a new great addition to anyone looking for a healthy fudge, treat or bite. I love to eat 2 or 3 for breakfast or as a snack.

If you are looking for a super easy, speedy and delicious healthier treat that only calls for a handful of ingredients, you need to try this recipe! And once you try it you will want to make it time and time again.

Seriously, I had no idea how addicting this stuff was going to be when I was making it. Like, you will want to keep going back to the freezer… ya know, just for one tiny tiny bite. Again. And again. And again. But that’s okay, because it’s loaded with healthy fats..

This six ingredient fudge is SO easy to make and with a sprinkle of salt flakes on top, there is no way that it’s going to last all week in your freezer! Biting into one of these, you get that “chewy pull” of gooey goodness, just like with caramel! Yum. Did I mention, yum? 🙂

Just check out those gooey and silky smooth insides. It’s like candy heaven. I have always been a sucker for anything chewy and salty sweet, so this beauty landed it’s way on my top healthy go-to recipes that have won my heart.

Weekly game plan: make a batch of these nutty fudgy bites. Reach for one any time snack cravings strike. Repeat as often as necessary.

Simple as that!
