1 cup raspberries, frozen
½ cup almond or coconut milk
1-2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup chia seeds
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 10 minutes then blend raspberries until smooth.
Add chia seeds and pulse until well combined.
Serve immediately for soft serve ice-cream or transfer to a lined tin and freeze for a
firm dessert.
