Pistachio Frozen Yogurt Protein Cups

These frozen protein cups are the perfect healthy dessert or snack to whip up in minutes then pop in the freezer as a healthy treat to enjoy any time of day! They couldn’t be easier to make and are thrown together using just 4 good for you ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 3/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the yogurt, pistachios, protein powder and honey to a food processor and process until smooth. Taste test and add more honey if needed.
    Transfer into silicone molds or a muffin tin lined with paper liners (6-8 depending on the size of your muffin cases).
    Freeze until set (around 1- 2 hours).
    Optional – can add popsicle sticks or to serve dipped into melted chocolate and top with additional crushed pistachios.
