Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, chocolate or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Dusting cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, cocoa powder, espresso powder, protein powder, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
    Spoon into a serving cup or bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
    Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder and enjoy chilled for a decadent, protein-rich treat!
