Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt, plain or unflavoured
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder, plain or vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl with a whisk or hand mixer (hand mixer will be a little fluffier!) Taste test and add more lemon or honey if you think it needs it.
    Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes for a bit of a firmer texture. Serve with fresh fruit or toppings of your choice.
