This orange, banana, spinach smoothie is a delicious blend of fruit and nutritious leafy greens. It makes a healthy breakfast or snack that is super quick and easy to blend! This smoothie is the perfect way to get some greens into your diet if you don’t like eating salads. You won’t even taste the spinach!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 cup baby spinach (loosely packed)
¼ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 serving protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Blend thoroughly so you aren’t left with any pieces of spinach in your smoothie.
