Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

These Frozen Yogurt Cups are fun to make, delicious to eat, and full of simple and healthy ingredients, and pretty too. This recipe has a simple granola base topped with yogurt then different coloured fruit spread on top.
So incredibly easy to make! Meal prep-able, and perfect for an on-the-go snack! Protein packed, no-bake, and perfect to stash in your freezer to grab whenever the craving for a special 'something' hits. The recipe also makes a super delicious dessert.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can add as much (or as little) sweetener as you like, use different nuts or seeds in the base or any fruit and berries that you like to make it in your way and taste.
Most fruit will work well in these small but mighty bites, chop it, slice it, or use small fruit whole, like all sorts of berries, cherries, an apricot, and some green grapes.
The more colors you use the prettier they will be  You can use a flavored yogurt as the base for more sweetness and flavour.
These frozen yogurt cups are exceptionally yummy; kids love them, and adults love them as well. Look no further for the cold treat or ice cream replacement your entire family will love. It is right here!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola - store bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Fruits of your choice, sliced into small pieces (such as blackberries, strawberries or blueberries)

Instructions

  • Place cupcake liners in 8-10 regular-sized cupcake cavities. Or use silicon muffin cups.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of the granola into the bottom of each liner.
Spoon 2 teaspoons yogurt over each teaspoon of granola in each liner to bring to the top of the liners.
Top with your favourite fruits, and a sprinkling more granola. Push it in slightly so that when it freezes and expands it stays in.
Freeze for two hours, or even overnight if desired. Let frozen yogurt cups sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before removing from the pan and liners.
