Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a 12-hole muffin pan with paper liners or use a silicon muffin pan.
    In a bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
    Stir in yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla and chopped nuts until fully combined and creamy.
    Fill the muffin wells with the mixture and place some chocolate chips on the top of each one.
    Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
    Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
    Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks. Let sit for 1–2 minutes before eating for the best texture.
