Avocado Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

A creamy, nutrient-packed smoothie with a blend of antioxidant-rich blueberries and the smooth texture of avocado. This smoothie is loaded with healthy fats, fiber,and vitamins, making it a perfect choice for a satisfying breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut (or any other) milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  • Add the blueberries, avocado, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder and honey (if using) to a blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
