Peanut Butter Nice Cream With Caramel Sauce

This is Nice Cream which is a term that has come to represent any fruit-based treat free from loads of sugar and artificial flavors. Its a yummy ice cream made with frozen fruit (usually bananas) base and other add-ins! You simply blitz pieces of frozen fruit in a food processor or high-speed blender and the end result is a whole-food ice cream that is rich, creamy, and luscious enough for a special occasion yet light and easy enough for an any time indulgence. Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas, sliced, frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- splash of milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Place frozen banana slices along with a splash of milk in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. You just want enough milk to get things moving. The less you need to use, the thicker the nice cream will be.Once smooth, transfer to a freezable container. Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate chips to taste. Serve immediately as a soft serve or cover and place in freezer until firm, several hours to overnight. If fully frozen, remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes prior to allow the nice cream to soften.
Notes
A thick, luxurious coconut caramel sauce - all you need is a can of coconut milk or cream and a few wholesome pantry staples.
