Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced, frozen
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons granola
- `1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Whipped coconut cream (recipe below in notes)
Instructions
- In a food processor or high speed blender, puree frozen blueberries, banana, milk ,protein powder, almond butter and vanilla until creamy. Scoop into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, granola, almonds and hemp seeds and a dollop of whipped coconut cream before serving.
