Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, sliced, frozen
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons peanut (or any other nut or seed) butter
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings
- Fresh fruit or berries
- Hemp seeds
- Granola
Instructions
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy. Scrape sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a few more splashes of milk until you get your desired consistency. Blend until the smoothie bowl has a consistency of soft serve ice cream.Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh berries, hemp seeds, and whatever else you desire! Grab a spoon, and enjoy!
