Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup mandarin segments, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt or dairy-free yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-3 tablespoons milk of choice, only if needed for blending

Optional Toppings

  • Mandarin zest
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Freeze banana slices and mandarin segments until solid.
    Place frozen bananas, frozen mandarins, protein powder, yoghurt, and vanilla into a high-speed blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if necessary to help blending.
    Enjoy straight away as soft-serve nice cream.
    Optional for firmer texture
    Freeze for 30–60 minutes before scooping.
