Spread the love

Sometimes you don’t want a whole batch.
You just want one cookie.
Warm, soft, chocolatey… and ready now.

This Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie For One is exactly that. A quick, no-bake, single-serve cookie that feels indulgent but is made with simple, nourishing ingredients. It’s soft, slightly chewy, packed with chocolate chips, and balanced with protein so it actually satisfies.

No oven.
No leftovers calling your name.
No overthinking.

Just one really good cookie. And this recipe is for one. All for you. No need to share! 🌷

Why Single-Serve Recipes Just Work

There is something incredibly freeing about making just enough.

No portioning things out.
No “I’ll just have one more.”
No extra cleanup.

Single-serve recipes fit into real life. They are perfect for those moments when a craving hits but you still want to stay aligned with how you want to feel. This cookie is ready in minutes and made from ingredients you likely already have on hand. Simple, quick, and genuinely satisfying.

The Blended Bites Balance

A lot of cookies (even “healthy” ones) are either:
Too sugary and leave you wanting more
Or too dry and not enjoyable
This one hits the sweet spot.

You have got:

✔ Protein (for satiety and balance)
✔ Healthy fats (for richness and satisfaction)
✔ Natural sweetness (no refined sugar overload)
✔ Chocolate (because… of course)

The result? A cookie that feels like a treat but doesn’t derail your energy.

Texture Matters

Because this is a no-bake cookie, the texture is slightly different from a baked one – but in the best way. It’s soft, doughy, and slightly chewy. Think cookie dough meets soft cookie.

If you chill it briefly, it firms up into a more classic cookie texture. If you eat it straight away, it’s soft and melt-in-your-mouth.

Both are good options.

Blended Bites Tips 💡

Want it softer? Add a touch more almond butter.
Want it firmer? Add a little more almond flour.
Want it sweeter? Add an extra teaspoon of maple syrup.
Want extra protein? Add a little collagen (and balance with milk).
Want it warm? Let it sit at room temp or microwave for 5–10 seconds (just enough to soften, not melt).

Why This Cookie Satisfies

This isn’t just about flavour – it’s about how it makes you feel after.

The combination of:

✔ Protein
✔ Healthy fats
✔ Fibre
✔ Chocolate

Means you feel satisfied, not snacky.
No sugar crash.
No “what else can I eat?”
Just one cookie… and you’re good.

That’s the difference when your treats are balanced.

Perfect For:
After-dinner craving
Afternoon energy dip
Post-workout snack

When you want something sweet without making a full batch

It’s quick.
It’s easy.
It’s genuinely delicious.

And sometimes, one really good cookie is all you need. That’s the Blended Bites way – simple, satisfying, and designed for real life. ✨
