Ice Cube Tray Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup protein or collagen peptides powder
- 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Taste test and add more honey or vanilla extract if you think it needs it.Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until hardened.Store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to a month.
