Blue Spirulina Banana Smoothie Bowl For One
Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced, frozen
- 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1 date
Toppings Optional
- Coconut, shredded
- Fresh fruit or berries
- Chopped nuts
- Seeds like hemp, chia or sunflower
Instructions
- Place frozen banana, milk, protein powder, blue spirulina powder and date in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to get things moving (less milk will result in a thicker smoothie bowl).Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings and serve immediately.The toppings take this smoothie bowl to a whole new level of nutrition.
