Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice) 
  • 1 cup cherries, frozen
  • 1 cup packed spinach or any other greens
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Add Ins

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini or cauliflower
  • tablespoon seeds - hemp, chia, sunflower
  • Serving of protein or collagen powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. 
    Blend until smooth and creamy. 
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
