Ingredients
3cupswhite chocolate chips
1cupcondensed milk, store bought or sugar free recipe below in notes
1/2cupprotein or collagen powder, plain or vanilla
2-3lemons, juice and zest – depending on how lemon-y you prefer
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. In a medium saucepan over a very low heat, add white chocolate chips.Once melted, remove from heat and stir in condensed milk, protein powder, lemon juice and zest and mix until well combined.Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. (The mixture will begin to thicken quickly. I like to use an offset spatula to smooth the surface.)Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firmly set.Remove the fudge from the pan, and using a sharp knife, slice into 1-inch cubes.Store in fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.
