Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter to a medium-sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about one minute. Stir until melted. Microwave again, if needed, in increments of ten seconds.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate while you melt the second set of chocolate chips.
Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the bowl. Microwave for about one minute and stir to melt. Microwave more, if needed.
Or use double boiler method - (pot of boiling water with a bowl resting on top) melt the chocolate chips.
Drizzle the semi-sweet chocolate over the white chocolate.
Using a skewer, knife or end of a spoon, swirl and create a design over the top of the fudge and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours until set.
