4bananas, sliced, frozen
1/2cupmaple syrup
1/2cupmilk – coconut, cashew, almond
1/2cupwalnuts, crushed
2scoopsprotein or collagen powder

Instructions
Place the frozen bananas, maple syrup, milk and protein powder into your high speed blender. Mixon high until a smooth, thick consistency has been formed. Scrape the sides of the blender if necessary.Place in a freezer safe container then stir in the crushed walnuts.Place mixture into the freezer for 2 or more hours until frozen or until its the right consistency for you to serve.Top with caramel sauce, (homemade recipe below in notes) or crushed walnuts and maple syrup to serve.
