Ingredients
1cupcashews or almonds
1cupdates, soaked at least 30 minutes and drained
1/2cupdesiccated coconut
1/2cuphemp hearts (seeds)
1/4cupcoconut oil, melted
1tablespoongreens powder or
1cupgreen leaves such as kale, Swiss chard or spinach
Instructions
Mix the almonds‚ dates, coconut, coconut oil, greens powder or green leaves together in a food processor just until a rough dough has formed (allow some almonds to remain coarsely chopped for texture).Add the hemp seeds and pulse several times until combined.Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and spill the dough out on top. Use your hands to press and form into a one-inch thick rectangle‚ then cut into 8 bars or 16 smaller pieces.Wrap and keep in the freezer for long-term storage.
