1cupthick Greek-style yoghurt, plain, unsweetened
1cupthick Greek-style yogurt– flavour of your choice
1scoopprotein or collagen peptides powder
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup -optional
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Put the two yoghurts into a bowl, add protein powder, honey if using, vanilla and gently swirl together. Be careful not to overmix so the two yogurts stay a bit separate to add pops of colour and flavour. Line a small tray with baking paper and spoon the yoghurt mixture out into 4-6 dollops like thick cookies. Add a popsicle stick to each one making sure it is well covered in the mixture so it holds strong when you are eating it.Add any toppings you like and gently press into the mixture so they hold firm.Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid. If frozen solid, leave out for 5 minutes to soften up so they are the perfect creamy texture.
