Although there is only 3 base ingredients they are customizable in so many ways, fun to make and even funner to eat. Make them in just 5 minutes, freeze them, and keep them on hand. With fruit and nuts they are perfect for a healthy breakfast too.Made with homemade granola (you can use your favourite store brand), Greek yogurt (you can use your favourite kind of yogurt) and your optional choice of mix-ins, you know they are healthy so you can snack on ‘em without the guilt!

Ingredients
2cupsGreek yoghurt, see note below
1 1/2 cupsgranola or muesli
1/2cupany nut or seed butter
optionalfresh or frozen fruit, honey or maple syrup to make sweeter
Instructions
Line a 12-cup cupcake or muffin pan with cup cake liners or use a silicon mold for easy removal.Mix the nut or seed butter into the yoghurt until it is well combined. Spoon 1 tablespoon of granola in each muffin cup. Spoon 1 tablespoon of yoghurt over the granola to bring to the top of the liners. If you have a little extra, feel free to spoon it over the top.Top with your favourite fruits, and a sprinkling more of granola. Push it in slightly so that when it freezes and expands it stays in.Freeze for 2-4 hours or until the yoghurt is frozen.
Notes
Note: You can use regular yoghurt, however, the yoghurt cups will have the icyconsistency of ice blocks/popsicles. If you prefer more of a dense ice cream texture, use Greek yogurt.
