Instructions
Place the frozen banana, yogurt, protein powder, blue spirulina, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk into a high-speed blender or food processor.Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add another splash of milk only if necessary.Continue blending for another 30–60 seconds to incorporate plenty of air and create a light, fluffy texture.Add a little honey or maple syrup if you would like it sweeter. Add a touch more blue spirulina if you want a deeper blue color.Spoon into bowls and add your favorite toppings. For a thicker texture: Place the fluff in the freezer for 15–20 minutes before serving.Berry VariationReplace the banana with 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries. You may need a little extra yogurt or milk to achieve the right consistency.Mango VariationReplace the banana with 1 cup frozen mango for a naturally sweet, tropical version. Coconut yogurt makes a particularly delicious combination.Protein TipFor an even higher-protein version, use high-protein Greek yogurt and a protein powder that provides around 20–25g protein per scoop. Â
