Ingredients
1 1/2cupthick Greek-style yoghurt, plain or vanilla
2scoopsprotein or collagen peptides powder
2tablespoonscashew or almond (or any other nut or seed) butter
2tablespoonshoney or maple syrup
1tablespoonmatcha green tea powder
1/2cupnuts of choice, chopped - cashews, almonds, pistachios
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the yogurt, protein powder, cashew butter, honey, matcha powder and vanilla extract until combined.Spread the mixture out in a layer around ¼-½ inch thick on baking or parchment paper. Sprinkle the nuts over the top and gently press in. Freeze until firm.Break into pieces and enjoy.Store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Serve immediately after removing from freezer.
