Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or berry-flavoured protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, protein powder, sweetener and vanilla to a bowl or food processor.
    Whip or blend until light, fluffy, and smooth.
    Top the berries, or fold them in.
    Chill for 15–30 minutes for best texture.
    Serving Ideas
    Top with crushed nuts or coconut flakes
    Add a drizzle of melted dark chocolate
    Layer with granola for a dessert parfait
    Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days
    Stir lightly before serving.
