Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, strawberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced, frozen or frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 2 dates

Toppings Optional

  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Drizzle of nut butter
  • Coconut shreds
  • Chocolate chips
  • Granola

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the jug of a high-speed blender. Blend and use the tamper attachment to push down the ingredients onto the blade.
    If it doesn't blend well, add more milk 1-2 tablespoons at a time until your preferred consistency is reached.
    Serve immediately with your chosen toppings.
