Add the coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, honey and vanilla to a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine. Let stand (stirring occasionally) for 15-30 minutes. Cover your bowl or jar, and let the pudding rest in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours.When you are ready to eat your pudding, take from refrigerator and give it a good stir.
