Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced, frozen
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla flavored 
  • 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops protein or collagen peptides powder
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Toppings Optional

  • Whipped coconut cream – recipe below in notes
  • Fresh fruit or berries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Seeds like hemp or chia
  • Granola
  • Drizzle of nut butter

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Scoop into 2 bowls and top with your favorite toppings.
